Weekend Weigh In

This week was just a “meh” week for me.  No workout was bad except for my run last night where the GI monster came into play.  My diet hasn’t been good, but I haven’t gained any weight since vacation either.  I’m happy with where I’m at, especially my running.  The 5 minute brick run on Saturday was the best one I’ve had yet, and my run distances are getting longer.  I didn’t push myself much this week, but it was a nice base week.  I hope to finish W2D3 of Bridge to 10K tonight if the rain holds off.  If not, that’s OK too – I’ll press on with W3D1 next week.
